Working with Paul, the owner, was a breeze. He was always quick to respond to questions, offered a few suggestions over and above my questions, and followed up with many pictures of the finished roof (I am not comfortable up on a 2nd story roof!). His prices are very reasonable as well.

Paul really saved my butt. I had just purchased my new home and the inspector missed a number of issues with the main roof. Mike came over and highlighted the issues. Roof Leak Patrol® did an amazing job of helping us! Paul had sealed the metal roof on the Park Model (trailer with Florida room addition) 2 years ago. We had heavy rains last week, and the roof had a slight crack right where he told us it would because of the uneven foundation. He came right out and patched that place, and then patiently instructed us on how to make sure we had a permanent solution. Paul goes above and beyond to keep his clients informed, educated, and happy.

Paul, the Owner came out to give me an estimate on my tile and flat roofs. I had already gotten one quote before his. Paul asked me some questions about my leaks on my flat roofs and proceeded to go up top and do a roof inspection, something the other company never did. After the roof inspection he said, Mike you don’t need a new roof on the tile section of your house!
He said, If it was my house and since you have no leaks over the tile sections, I would wait to replace the tile roof. Then Paul said my leaks for flat roofs was an easy fix that he could do on the spot.
WOW what a great guy not only did he tell me the truth he also told me to just get the issue fixed and to hold off replacing the flat roofs till later. Before he left he said you also have a 3 inch hole in your white coated roof, ” Can I fill that for you before I leave? I was blown away by how honest he was in not trying to sell me something I did not need yet like a whole new roof, fixing a hole for me to extend the life of my flat roof until I really needed a new one. When I do need a roof, I know whom I will be calling to do the work, for sure it will be Paul Cowan at Roof Leak Patrol.

We live out of state (up north in Illinois) and own a rental house in Englewood, Florida. We called 3 different roofing companies and Paul Cowan was the only 1 who returned our call. We described the situation of loose, missing or displaced tiles to him on our 1 story house. He promised to go out and look and said if that is the extent of the problem, he would simply fix it and let us know. He did just that and charged very little! We only wish he serviced roofs in Illinois as well!

We made an appointment for an estimate, he showed up on time. After examining the roof, Paul told me the damage should be covered by my insurance. That thought had never even crossed my mind…. Paul went above and beyond what we expected! The job was completed in the time frame given. All materials and trash was gone. The only way you could tell anyone had been working there was by the replaced shingles on the roof.
